Computers stores for older HDD recovery.

ok. so.. I realized theres a few files I wish I had not lost on D:/ those dude at the computer store said they couldn't retrieve it since the drive, 2 years old a WesternDigital 60gig, was installed into my computer when I had this shitty old motherboard. so the TOD Table of Directories has a glitch in it. they tried 4 times couldnt retrieve the data at the 95% mark? I believe. so.. what are these stores you can go to that have the equipment needed to retireve the damn Drive? I know its a premium price. I don't care tbh at the moment. I had some amazing images I took for painting so I'm mad.. anyways ya that's my story. I live in Ontario. maybe I can ship it lol. that's my mental state right now.
