Did you see the movie (not that Van Dumb sh-t, but the anime)? They had that duel in it, but I can't remember who won ...
To answer the question, smart money's on Ryu. To paraphrase Star Wars:
"I'm betting heavily on [Ryu]. He always wins!"
I give two to one odds on Ken.

Still even though Ryu does win in the movie, thats because Ken is evil and Ryu just gets one lucky shot, but if Ken was normal you would figure out that Ken masters the Dragon Uppercut moves and Ryu the Haduken moves, so they are pretty equally matched, id say that the odds are equal between the 2.

Why I never thought of that question before ?!?!?! [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]

any way, i would go with Ryu, cuz Ken said that !!!

he exactly said to T-hawk (after watching it 5 times in a row! more than 30 time in diffrent times, i have to remember what every-one said !) :
"No body can beat me, except for Ryu"
    .... [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]

Yeah, but it still takes a lot of time, so he could be stronger now.

Nope, I still believe that Ryu would win.

Do you remember when Bison tried to catch

Ken to Brain wash him? Well after that, when

Bison was fighting with Ryu he couldn't
    capture Ryu. [IMG]

.:IF YOU ARE GOING TO TELL ME THAT LATER KEN

JOINED RYU AGAINST BISON, I WOULD TELL YOU

THAT BISON DEFEATED KEN IN A SHORT TIME THAN

IT WOULD BE WITH RYU:. [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]

    Yours,

ZanZa *zzzzzzz* <-- long time I didn't used

    that signature ! [IMG]

If you're trying to put in the "smilies", you have to type them exactly as they appear in the legend. For example, will not load the [IMG] image because you need lower case letters on "mad".

Yeah I do care Phat, I didnt know where you went off to, anywayz the fact still remains, we have two people agreeing with me, and two not. We need a deciding vote. AND Sub-Zero your thinking of Akuma.

Well, being an expert in martial arts, especially of the sprite based form, also known as indiscriminate grappling, I would have to say: Chun-Li
    -----------------
it's like asking who would win: Mary Kate or Ashley. Aren't Ken and Ryu twins?

Well, I dont think that they are because neither live in the same country and neither have the same last name or race, the only thing that is the same is the Master that taught them.

So, if Ryu was a master of Shoto-Kahn (correct me if I spelled that wrong), does that mean that Ken was as well? Speaking from my experience in this very fighting style, the greatest duels are those between equal forces. It is said that in a battle of equals, the one with the greater will wins, so the real question is "who wants it more?", not "who is more powerful?".
    By the way, Chun-Li sucks.

True, true that is a question for us to decide eh'? Well I believe Ken wants to win more because of the fact that he hates Ryu but inturn treats him as a friendly rival. I really dont know.

Actually, that would be a good match up...giddy chinese girl versus, uh, big lard man....

BakaMattSu, thinking it was strange to see a serious Chun-Li in the anime after playing the games so long...

Wow the only man that will pay for you to autograph has done another horrible movie! Im surprised, its not like Universal Soldier, or Kickboxer were any prize either but hey, what does an out of work action man do now a days eh'? (I wonder if he hurts himself every time he does the splits between chairs?)
