    Hi all
I believe in an old KEYBOARD magazine interview
Tomita described his string creating process, which was
one monophonic modular Moog track at a time(!)changing
filter and vibrato settings each new track to simulate
    individual string nuances and differences.
A 202 string machine would not accomplish this as
they tended to sound more like an Arp or Elka, just a
general string-like wash of sound without the higher
quality.Although with the proper outboard processors
    they could sound cool(stereo delay,reverb,chorus,phase
    shifters,etc.)
I used to use an old Farfisa mini-compact organ
onstage in the old days which I got to simulate a
killer string sound by running in through these types
of devices.I paid 75 bucks for it!

    Salutations again!

Can someone dig up this magazine & scan it?

Also, on the 14th of this month I wrote:

"Is there anyone here who could provide a scan of Tomita's Sound Creature
booklet?? I have the record, but the booklet (which you follow along with)
didn't come with the used copy.

Failing that, does anyone know where to get one? Does someone have one
    to sell?

Maybe some kind soul can help."

But I have heard nothing back. I would _really_ love to try to learn from
Tomita as he intended & work with a modular to create a few of these
    amazing sounds. Please help!

Any specific tips on how you did this??

    TIA!
