yeah it does... the video i saw of Ryouko was all indoors, but they look to have similar skills. Anyway if you look at the bottom of the comments, you'll see where someone posted a link to Team Ryouko's site.

My cousin did it with zero training. he was making laps in the wrong direction until the security stopped him.

Anyway, Team Ryouko and this guy do XMA, "Extreme Martial Arts". It's an offshoot of traditional martial arts where the goal is to do completely awesome stuff, rather than learn to fight.

I'd like to see video proof to see if he's doing it right.

That first part.... the running and jumping in the city scape... that reminds me of a new 'sport'. One of the Scion commercials featured it.... what is it called... Ah it's called free running. No nets not safety devices... they just run through a city jumping from building to building.... Facinating really... It originated in Paris. There are even so called professional free runners.... pretty crazy...

He would make an excellent stunt man... I wonder if he has had any training?

Edit: This is not a sport for Jackabee.... I would fail miserably and end up squashed like a bug... I don't think I could even get the so called basics... Oh and I like that the site has a disclaimer of sorts...
    They call it Freestyle Parkour.
