I have a Sapphire Radeon 9200 SE Atlantis, 128 megs, it works fine and all but I cant watch Xvids!!!

What could it be? Ive searched the web but cant find anything, downloaded the latest Xvid codec and upgraded my drivers and it still wont work!!
All i can see is a green screen with moving pixelx >_<

    What could it be?

Do you have Nimo Codec installed?

Nimo codec has a way to destroy XviD :). Try to uninstall the Nimo Codec, and see the results.

why was this Nimo codec invented? I didn't have a problem when installing an xvid codec so just wondering.

Nimo was created to be a one-codec-for-all, the intent being that users didn't have to download 3 or 4 or more codecs if they had that single download.

It sounds like it has great appeal, but is far more trouble than anything else. Download the individual codecs rather than wasting time with it.
