Sports Tenpin bowling?

Just wondering if there are any Japanese tenpin bowlers on boards.jp?

I've heard that the 'helicopter' style of bowling is more popular in Japan than the regular hook style seen in Europe and the US.

It's supposed to be very effective and good at mixing the pins but does it lead to wrist injuries? I'd be interested in trying it but want to know more about it before I make a real effort to alter my style.
