    hehe .. the baka is back in the road :sweat:

    I just passed the "Calm Fields" [or something like that] and then, two gardians from the Guado people asked me to come with them because "Symore" wants to see me [actually, he wants to see the group not me in person :p] and then I saw myself facing a monster that is made from wood ..

    And when I used "Valfer" [and something like that was his name :sweat:] and I used scan and it told me that he is weak against magic attacks and can take the physicles ones..

    So if you got what I am talking about, any comments about what I just said?? :sweat:

    Zanza..[is really baka!! *again!*] :sweat:

    Use the breaks on him, then attack him. Especially Mind Break and Armor Break. He's pretty much got protection from a bunch of crap, even though it sez he's weak against magic.

    Omg, look at the date of the first post!! I can't believe that after more than 2 months I finally defeated it :sweat:
    All I did was overdrive all my aeons and the team, and thanx to Shiva and her talent in avoiding a hit, I was able to do her overdrive twice!!! yes!! T-W-I-C-E!!! :D

    She is my favorite aeon, not the strongest though *yet* ;)

    Aeons "level up" as Yuna does. As strong as she gets, her Aeons grow reflexsively as strong. Not particularly the same GAIN, but they do grow too. And like Rashid said, they can gain power and skills by using Aeon's Soul or something like that. It allows you to tweak your Aeons...provided you have enough items.

    Truth to tell, I didn't do this much, and only then, I did it to Bahamut because at that point in the game, I felt his defense to be stagnant...and I use him second to none, with the favorite being Anima. Remember, it takes a LOT of a particular item/sphere to actually give 'em stat boosts/magic spells. Well, not a LOT...but enough for a dent...especially the stronger spells.

    *shrugs* I never used Aeons for their spells anyway, other than to heal themselves by casting their own elemental on them. It only works for Shiva, Ixion, and Ifrit...I think, so three out of...nine? LOL.

    Zanza: I'm pretty sure "using them more often" is a primarily FFVIII trait. The more you use a GF, the better the compatibility and the faster they launch their attack. However, I believe the Magus Sisters and Yojimbo also rely on this...as morality dictates what attack they do for which option they choose or how much money you give him.

    thats correct Izzy. The aeons lvl up as Yuna does. But i've heard that some aeons rely on other players as well. I've been told that Yojimbo can break the damage limit if Auron has his celestial weapon equipped (Masamune or was it Murasame?)

    That's only for the break damage limit Kenshin. And only if the Celestial Weapon is completely strengthened...meaning you have to have both Sigil and Crest for the Aeon to break damage limit. As for who does who:

    Valefor = Yuna
    Ifrit = Wakka
    Shiva = Lulu
    Ixion = Khimari
    Yojimbo = Auron

    I suppose Rikku doesn't have one because she's Al Bhed. It also sort of makes sense because Yuna has the weakest Aeon to unlock...but if you've played the game, it seems that she trusts Valefor more. Tidus ALSO doesn't have one. Why? Well, it suppose it would also be Bahamut, as he's the main character. But, he's already breaking damage limit, so...blah. :D Oh, notice also, that the basic colors of the Aeon suggests WHO'S Celestial Weapon breaks the damage limit for that Aeon. Yojimbo ain't reddish for nothing. :p
