    The moment every otaku has dreamed of.


    ADV is going to start an anime channel shortly,24/7 anime.It is only logical to assume that since this is ADV making this channel the anime on it will be from ADV.(Ill finally be able to watch Robotech/Macross!!:) )


    What can I say other than...........THANK YOU ADV!!!

    newtype has a full page ad for it near the back...really promising..adv has been in the making of this for a long time. *^-^* will be cool as hell if they do it right

    Anyway, this is great news. Wanna bet anything that it'll go over real big for a good month, then really drop off when little kids realize there's no Dragon Ball? Just kidding. It's really good news and it's great to see anime go further like this.

    Maybe now I can save myself money so I don't buy all the serii (pl. series) that I like.

    Hey, is this gonna be something that you'd have to pay extra for or special order like Tokyo TV? Or is it gonna be a free channel?

    Personally I think it's about time! They have everything else on TV...they should have an all anime channel. There's enough interest now in it and it should do Very Well. Of course this depends on what they show...but if it's good it will be a nice change from waiting for Sat. to come around to watch Adult Swim.:) You can never have enough anime!:)

    Yeaaaaaa!!!! 24/7 anime, it is about time. :D
    Hopefully it will be on DirecTV cus that is what I am using right now to get my cable. And where is this ad again BB, near the back of what? I also hope it will have other anime shows that are from other companies, other than just ADV animes. But still this is great news.

    Newtype.Its a anime magazine that just started coming out in the US two months ago.

    yeah, newtype is one of the better japanese mags. it just started coming out in the usa. near the back of the first issue is an ad for the anime network, as sponsered by adv(you know, you put out anime titles...might of heard of them *^-^*) the anime net would be cool as hell methinks.

    Comcast Digital Cable is a cable company that is in certain cities. You can check if you have it by clicking here

    In other news about Comcast. It seems it has merged with At&T Cable and will soon be availble with anybody with that. I guess that is bad news for people with sattelite, which would include me.

    Read the thread to find out.It's an all anime network for the US,ADV is the company thats making it.

    I find it sickening that no-one even thinks about us poor people in the UK! When are we gonna get a 24/7 Anime channel?! It's not fair. :mad:

    I suppose we do have CNX but that don't screen Anime all the time.
