Art the apple tree

this is my latest pic done that I finished today.Well?

 

The background is pretty interesting, while the characters are ok. I think the guy's big stick is a lil distracting. I figure it must be attached to his back, but somehow at first it looked like it was just part of the middleground. Overall it's a pretty nice layout of stuff.

 

i layout, background and overall character and position is good. the style you drew the character matches the background well. but what is that huge stick? it seems so out of place. and why is it called apple tree?

 

erm...that isn't a stick,its a sword that i didn't draw properly. Its called the apple tree because of the storyline.Just to sum it up,he was hunting,she was playing in an apple tree,she tripped from a branch and fell into his arms.

 

the pic isnt that good but its pretty good
and that sword doesnt look like a sword or a stick it looks like a jousting pole used to hit ppl.
