    This one is the Cutest Villan in Anime :D...

    Well, mine are Mara, Hild (Urd's Mother tbh), Sayako both from Oh! My Goddess :)

    Mitsuki Rara from Dual! Parallel Universe.

    I'm not even a big fan of the series. But she's still a pretty nice-looking villain.

    Sure, technicly he wasn't, but he seemed evil to begin with, and was, very spooky (the whole Dark room, Dark outfit, thing).
    Whatever, he was still cute.

    I think that Jaken from Inu Yasha is cute.Ryoko is cute too.She was a villian for a short time.

    If there is any bad guy that actually be considered cute, in a sick sort of way, it would have to be Fat Buu. He does all the killing merely because he has a child's mind.
