Video Games The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time

I've started another file (truth be told, I started it ages ago... December 2001, really). I can't get enough of this game. It's frustrating at times, yes, but it's soo awesome.

I'm currently at the Shadow Temple, that EVIL place. I hate it. I already slipped away from it twice and have cleared the Spirit Temple -- just haven't beaten the witches yet. I wanna get done with the Shadow Temple first... I just HATE that stupid room where you have to run under the three guillotines, beat the Stalfos warrior dude, and then jump on that uppy-downy platform. That platform makes me SO MAD! I got past it ONCE but...then I shut it off and forgot to use Farore's Wind to set a warp point... not like Farore's Wind has ever really WORKED well for me...

...any tips for the Shadow Temple? (I've beaten it before, but I HATE it SO much! ...!!)

 

you get the hover boots right?! hmmm i haven't played this game in a while but like you said i love it. umm all i can say is take you time. and look carfully for secret things.
BTW- did you get the fire arrows yet?

hold on, are after the place where you ride the boat.?!


oh wait- yeah right before you attempt that uppy floor creat a warp point, now put on the hover boots and the mirror of truth,
slap the mirror of truth into activation and i THINK that there is a platferom thats hidden somewhere around there, that will make it easier to get on the floor.
i think thats it, if its not there, ummm us the mirror of truth to see the area. and look for other ways to go.

Yeah, it is a great game. The shadow temple is indeed the most evil of places in the game. Extremely frustrating it is.

 

Nah, the hidden platform is on the other side of the stupid platform. It just takes a lot of trial and error. The worst thing is that you get sent AALL the way back. -_-; I have the fire arrows and hover boots, yup yup.

Not to mention how freaking FRUSTRATING the stupid temple is. But the medallion is really pretty, at least… ^_^

 

Hahaaah, I beat it. I beat it today! Woo-hoo! ^___^ Yeees! Bongo Bongo is SO dead! And so are Koume and Kotake aka Twinrova! HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!

i found thoughs really hard to get.
and did you get the biggoron's sword? it doesn't break.

 

I have the Biggoron Sword... and I'm only missing one bottle.

Hey, that idiot kid at the graveyard who's supposed to buy the Skull Mask isn't buying it! I sold it to him in another file, but in this one he's being an idiot and not buying it! STUPID kid! ...yeah...^^;;

 

hmmm did you try it a different times of day, try at night, if not try it in the day time. other then that i don't know. oh and also i think the bottle your missing is, from killing all the poes in the hyrule field, (while fiding epona)thats usally the one that everyone doesn't take the time to get. ummm i think thats all.

 

I still play this game! The only thing I hate about it is getting all the Big Poes for the final bottle, have only done it once myself!

The bad thing about this game for me is that after two times exploring it I discovered where everything is and now I only make stupid little mistakes like falling off a cliff while using a sheild that I can lose when I...well fall off a cliff!

 

hey you know what else is anouing, when you forget about have the wood shield equiped and then you defend agaist the fire bats. and your shield gets all burned up.... oh and yeah that poe thing is so hard, specially if you can't ride the horse right. i keep tring to shoot the poe with an arrow and acidently fall off or jump. and the poe dissapers:anger2: "oh that really bits my arm." er figure of speech.
anyway i didn't know that you loos your shield when you fell of a cliff...well oh well.

 

I have Ocarina Of Time but i'm stuck at the 5th Castle lol. I have both the Zelda: Oracle Of Seasons and Zelda: Oracle Of Ages. In Oracle Of Ages I'm Stuck Too And There's No possible way to get out. It's in the stupid Moonlit Grotto. There's that rotating thing you get rid of but then it goes in the cave and it wont move so I'm blocked there. If anyone know how to get thru that stupid thing tell me I havent played in a while but it would be fun.

 

Haven't got the GB games... I'm thinking of getting Link to the Past for GBA.

Ooooh, damn those Big Poes! I'm missing one, the one that appears on that hilly-thingee before the entrance to Gerudo Valley.

And guess what!! I got the golden scale!! I caught the 20-pound fish!! It got away twice, and it took me about five minutes to reel it in, but I GOTTED IT!! ^____^ The Golden Scale is SOOO pretty! It's greenish, y'know, yellowish-greenish, and has a gold thingeemijiggy in the middle. ^___^

 

um, maybe you've already figured this out by now, but the the graveyard kid doesnt want the skull mask. You sell the skull mask to the kid in the lost woods by himself, then you get the "spooky mask", the kid wants that one

 

I now know where all those blasted Big Poes are! Final problem for me is hunting down a "single solitary probably hidden in an obvious spot or possible it is even following me around where ever I go then I turn around and it isn't there" quarter heart piece!

I have had this game for many years now and I swear that it is still mocking me!

 

I love that game! Every time I beat the game I wait a week or two and start all over again. I dunno, there are just some games that you can never get tired of. I got all the secret stuff including those retarded masks. Use to, I would get the masks and act crazy on the game!!
