Tenchi Muyo the parents

    I have just finished recording the entire (sadly edited) OVA series roughly 15 episodes (13 offically except two 2 parters and 1 special)


    Now i luved every episode but i think the here comes jurai finale is the best (excluding the original 6) and i must KNOW do any of the parents show up in any of the series again? I really wanna see them again cause the mother was fricken hilarious and the pink suitor had me in stitches

    That episode was hillarious!!!

    That pink suitor reminded me of Hanagata from Saber Marionette J...If you haven't seen SMJ then look around for it, it's as funny as the final episode of Tenchi all the way through.

    Sorry to say that the parents are only in that one episode...not any other of the seasons. I bet they'll be back when the new season of Tenchi Muyo comes out.

    We don't get alot of Anime right where I am from, but I saw one movie for Tenchi and a lot of movie clips for it and I loved it, so any-thing isr related to Tenchi, it is so cool ! =)

    Who exactly was who in that ep, anyhow? I could easily pick out who was Ayeka and Sasami's mother...I think that was a dead giveaway. But who was the other woman that came? Their aunt? And, if they're princesses, how come the "aunt" seemed to be the one married to the King of Jurai?

    o_O Maybe I'm just being stupid again, but...hey, I wanna know!

    lets see:

    Masaki (blue haired Queen): Is Ayeka and Sasami's mom and is from Jurai
    Funaho (dark haired one): IS Yosho's mother and is from earth
    King of Jurai is married to them both because he passed the law that Jurians should mingle with those of other planets.

    Hence Tenchi can have 2 wifes if he becomes king.

    [Are you certain those names aren't reversed, Bitz? I thought Tenchi carried the name "Masaki"... or is it an unbelievable coincidence?

    nope Masaki is the name of Ayeka's and Sasami's mother. Yosho must have taken it on as a second name on earth...so Tenchi ended up having it as a second name.

    unless its something very very similer to masaki. just spelt differently but i'm 90% sure its masaki
