Sailor Moon The Sailormoon Musical

Has anybody seen it? I recently downloaded a Shangai representation recording from AnimeSuki and to be perfectly honest, I think it's total crap. The costumes are exagerated, too flashy, and look really heavy. I'm quite glad the costumes for the Live Action aren't this way.

 

I have what's called the first "stage" subbed on VCD, and I did like it. True - it's nowhere ner ther real thing, and I admit that the costumes seem over the top. I did prefer the Live Action outfits, as they were more true to the manga and the original representation. Although the storylines weren't all that novel, I found something enjoyable in a fresh look at the old plotlines. And to be fair - they do have the odd new characcter or sideplot, or more often than not, enemy.
I haven't seen the one that's on AnimeSuki, so I can't judge on that one, but will have a look later. I did really enjoy all the new songs that were created for the musical, especially Sailor War and so on. There were some nice Mamoru/Usagi scenes too.
