Creative Writing They were all wrong.

they'll claim your dreams are just blind faith.
tell you only a endless sleep could make them true.
let the need to prove the wrong lead your way,
no matter how much they don't believe in you.

the crucifiction of all of your peer's envy,
light up that shadowed path to your fantasies.
Can you see us walking that same lonely hopeless path?
Cancer patients, the poor, drug-addicts, you, and me?

the hero is always the masked vigilante in stories,
revealing their great deeds and idenity at the last second.
All along none of them suspected them of such feat,
Such awestruck faces, remembering a face once so helpless.

we all our destined to looked down upon and doubted,
wether it be to live, succeed, or to live without 'it'.
they won't expect any of us to be the best of the best,
nor to shine brighter and more beautiful than the rest.

until we cross the unlikely first place in the finish line,
never put the surrender flag up and give them the win.
Let them shake their heads and curse their last time.
So you can prove they were wrong all along in the end.

 

Most say good poem. It has a different light to it then the ones you written before.

I get a meaning of not giving into dying.

I liked the whole super hero added in. Its like the hero is the people who fight. Maybe?

The bad. A few missed spellings. Like lead maybe led. Instead. And wither and crucifixion.
