As most of you have noticed, practically every game has a little glitch withinn itself. What Im asking you, which was the coolest glitch you ever saw? Im talking about funny or usefull anyways. It'd be pointless to bring a discussion up about them because as we all know, they cant help to be there!

Oh! ME!? The HALO Warthog blowup! 20 grenades ought to put it 500 feet in the air!

Well, the glitchiest game I ever played was Final Fantasy 6. Heck, beating that game without glitching it in some way was an accomplishment. :p

I'd have to say the funniest one that ever happened there was when I had Relm sketch a vanished Gabbledegack. The whole thing got messed up, and my characters turned into different sprites. Relm turned into Terra, (morphed), Edgar turned into Cyan, Terra turned into a pile of pixelly garbage, and Setzer turned into General Leo!

But the worst one was one of the times I had her sketch an Intangir. The whole game froze, and, when I restarted, all of my files had been erased!

    Ahh, memories...

How 'bout this? Try the giant soccerball in the third level, with the scarab gun! Now that's something worth your while!

Or maybe, my personla favourite, the "RockeLauncherSword". You don't have to belive anymore, you can fly!

    socom 2

there used to be lots of glitches in socom and some are coming back. but any way there was this one glitche on the map crossroads where you fall into a building and you can see anywhere on the map and shoot anyone on the map. it was pretty cheap but pretty fun.

I *never* had a glitch in my Final Fantasy III/6 game. EVER. Probably because I never used Relm, because she sucked.

As far as favorite glitches, though...it only happened once to me. I was playing a Mana-series game...I forgot which one specifically, but the game glitched and I had a whole map full of Dark Rabites I had to run through.

Needless to say, it was fun...but I didn't make it! BUAHAHAHAAHAHAHAAHAHAHA!

I hate the glitch in FIFA 2005 where you can score a goal from half court with people like thierry henry. It really pisses me off cause I love picking toluca which is a 2 out of 5 star team. Well anyways...if I ever do manage to do it with Cardozo...this glitch would be the best i guess. Nothing better than a 3 second goal in extra time.

Don't know about best, but I know of some of the worst.

Buggiest released game would have to be Pool of Radiance II. It had tons of them, including the chance of wiping your Windows directory when you decided to uninstall the piece of junk.

Speaking of glitches, I can't believe that I didn't add the game that was the king of glitches - Daikatana.

John Romeros 4 (?) year project ended up being slaughtered by the game press.

    - Championship Manager 3... buy any footballer for free.

    - Gran Turismo. On one map you can actually drive off the map and into the background... and then you can magically appear anywhere, avoiding everything.

Not exactly a glitch, more of a failsafe, but if you perform a certain sequence at the beginning of Phantasy Star III, when you go to talk with the king, he'll inform you that you can no longer leave the city, ever. Basically, this series of things you have to do allows you to pull yourself right on out of the storyline.

There's another, more glitchy thing in Pokemon Red/Blue; if you perform a sequence of events, you'll wind up in a city that doesn't exist, and will be made entirely of glitched pixels (if you've played the games and seen MissingNo., you might know what I'm talking about here). It's really hard to move, and there's a serious risk to your game if you leave the boundaries of the "city" before you turn the game off, but it's kinda cool-looking.

    Remembered one!

In Faxandu (NES), the King gives you money in the early stages of the game. If you go out and spend it entirely and return to him, he gives you money all over again. Wash, rinse, repeat.

    Edit: And another.

In Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (NES), you can safely dispose of Bebop with Donatello from above with his long reach without having to really fight him. You can do likewise with Rocksteady by jumping onto the large stack of crates.
