I know zero japanese, so have no idea what he said, but it looks like Near said something like that" Second L, I know that you are Kira and I know that your name is Yagami Raito, I am gonna catch you!"<----My guess. And actually it looks like Raito's stupid police companions FINALLY started to suspect him as Kira. So, intriguing! Ohhhh...where is Rei-the translator when u need him?

Plus, I think that Near is very sexy in this chap. I think that he actually really, really enjoys his job(like, he is getting kinks out of it). His face is just so sadiscically happy in 78. Plus, whats the deal with Tarot? He must be some sort of psychic as well.
