Why before Cartoon network got it? It didn't change anything ...

 

(In reference to Rurouni Kenshin...)

Sure they did. They always do - they remove most of the blood and gore, the swearing, etc. I actually haven't watched the CN dub, but their track record is NOT a good one. Besides which, I really dislike the English voices. And I seem to recall that Kenshin no longer has his "Oro" exclamation, though what they changed it to slips my mind.

 

They edited one scene, for blood. Removed like 4 swear words. Kenshin still orooes. Out of 95 episodes, it's almost identical.

 

Well, I stand corrected. However, I still stand by what I said - also because I saw Rurouni Kenshin subtitled, not on CN. XD I really doubt that anything CN runs could make my top 10 list, I hate dubbing that much. ^^;

 

I prefer subbed, aswell. However, I am very greatful to Cartoon Network for introducing me to anime, years ago, and even now.
