    Ah, the harder question. Galvatron was almost a sniveling coward in front of Unicron...but so was Megatron. Starscream's good and everything, but he's waaaaay too brash to be an actual good leader.

    I'll just cast my vote in as Soundwave. He's not the technical leader, but he "leads" the cassette-bots and is second in command. He's also nothing but brutal efficiency, espionage, and cool demeanor.

    Heh, if I ever meet any one of them in "real" life, I'd probably be scared ****less just from listening to him.
