    Well, i'm new here, but i wanna profess my love of Trigun. specifically, wolfwood. my fav. his toy proctecs my plants from all non baptist threats(ie me) that come thier way...hehe.
    i think the sereis is wonderful, and would like to know other peoples thoughts on it. *^-^*

    Trigun!
    even the music is hilarious (well, some of it, the rest is just cool) I've been collecting the DVD's since shortly after they came out (only 2 more till I have all 8!). They're nice DVD's too, menus are well done, doesn't crash my player like bandai disks... And yes, the 'planet gunsmoke' collection of figures are awesome! The company that makes 'em also makes some sweet Evangelion figures, (at least I *think* they do...).

    Okay, I think Trigun is awesome too [​IMG]

    At our Anime Club meetings, we usually have raffles, and once there were Trigun Mangas to look at. (this was after I told my friends what Wolfwood had in the huge cross)
    Wolfwood was featured shooting tons of ammo, and Dickie said, 'THATS A WHOLE LOTTA MERCY!!!' okay, its not funny here, but we kept on laughing and bring it up once in a while...
    The McFarlane figure of Vash is cool!

    hmmm...a raffle...that's an idea for the anime club here...i'm the president of ours and we just found out we had funds...go figure...

    trigun is going over ok here...i think people are looking too forwards to it being silly and not appreciating the serious aspects of it. like, i don't think they is gonna like 1) who wolfwood is "working" for, and 2 what happens to him.

    personally, i like the japanese figures...the posability of them! though, wrapping wolfwoods' cross DID take over 20 minutes and the left side end is still coming undone...

    I'm marketting exec for mine, I do a lot of the posters etc for the shows we hold two or three times a month. Raffles are a huge source of money for us..I believe..but I'm no treasurer...
    We got into the habit of showing more fansubs that are hard for a normal person to get, the=an commercially available anime.
    So currently we are watching Love Hina, Gatekeepers, Vampire Princess Miyu, errm Candidate for Goddess...and I guess Dual got in there somehow..
    We may integrate Trigun and Bebop back in the summer...

    Seraphim loves watching anime..likes making poster too [​IMG]

    this coming tuesday vol 8 wil be out..(cry!!) the bebop dvds are really nice, and i want the smj ones badly!! i'm gonna have a hard time wih vol 8 tho..cause...i love wolfwood...heheh which, if you haven't heard second donuts, go get it and find a translation of the segments...omygod!!! i never laughed so hard...especially the stuff about wolfwood and osaka and tokyo...that was wierd...

    Just the local Media Play, they had it, and because they had conflicting street dates, they sold it to me then!

    as i discovered from my freind at suncoast here...ahh...least the bf got it...but now he ain't feeling good...and we won't watch it without the other...damnit..<cries for not seeing the little bit of wolfie she wants..>

    heh...my suncoast friend had loads of dvds before he finally got his player...all like, three...one regionless...the jerk*^-^* but, he is finally wising up to the coolness that is trigun..lol but want the foil covers and can't find 4 and 5 i laugh at him..*^-^*

    Arent there special foil covers for the first couple hundred or so?


    better get my trigun..wrapping it in tin-foil just won't be the same...
