Computers Troubles in Trillian o.O

    I HAVE A BIG PROBLEM I USE TRILLIAN
    NOW IT DOESN'T WORK ALL IT SAYS IN THE
    WINDOWS ERROR LOG IS THAT THE PROBLEM
    IS CAUSED BY THE IRC.DLL
    FILE IN THE TRILLIAN DIRECTORY
    TRIED DIFERENT VERSIONS
    NOT EVEN THE PRO WORKS
    HELP!!!!!
    NEED DESPERATILY TO CHAT WITH MY ICQed FAMILY

    The best thing you could do right now is use ICQ2Go at http://go.icq.com/ until you can get the problem fixed.. ask somebody you know to send the irc.dll and try putting that in the directory, maybe that will work.....

    Yeah, icq2go is a good idea, you might try a complete uninstall and reinstall of trillian as well. Also uninstall and reinstall ICQ if you have it.

    I HAVE NO IDEA WHY IT MIGHT BE DOING THAT, NEVER HAS TO ME heh enough of that

    I'd go with the suggestions below. Also, if it never does get working again, GAIM is a pretty good program that can connect to all the same protocols (and more) that Trillian can. I don't like the look of the GTK, esp in windows, but GAIM works. Myself, I use Trillian when in windows, so I'm not trying to plug a new program, just suggesting a backup :)
