I enjoyed it. There's always a certain visceral thrill of two people taking out evil Lobo Style. And that woman, the lead actress?

    Smoking Hottie.

There's a scene where she's wearing nothing more than a blanket standing just inside a large, metal shipping crate- I almost died. When she's not sickly pale and her hair is clean, straight and soft, she's drop dead gorgeous.

She's also gotta lotta smooth skin ;9

Evolution is not going win any awards, but it is a fun watch. If you're into people getting their sh*t ruined in various, ultra-violent ways it'll be right up your alley. It's rated 'R', so don't bring the kiddies along. Like I said- they go at it Lobo Style.

One of my favorite parts of movies are watching the previews, however this time they were almost all lackluster. "Brick" was a Sundance Film Festival winner that looks like a modern, Emo/Horror version of the Hardy Boys (Or rather a Hardy BOY, in this case). It might be ok, though I've got mixed feeling about those S.F.F. flix...

UltraViolet (Made by the same guys who created the astoundingly spectacular Matrix, and then butchered their good name by making its two sequels) looks to be a toss up. It appears to be a cross between Resident Evil and Equilibrium (Greatest action movie EVAR, starring the New Bruce Wayne- Christian Bale). I had more than low expectations for Equilibrium, but after watching it, it renewed my hope that people CAN make a good action flick after the Matrix without it being overly cheesy and/or complete cr*p.

Speaking of Resident Evil, UltraViolet looks to star Milla Jovovich. Yum. At least there will be a lot of pretty things to look at if the plot itself sucks horribly (and a more than average chance that Milla will be spending a few scenes sans garments- double yum).

Either way, UltraViolet put out a decent trailer. The music is the sh*t. The song towards the end is called 24 by JEM. I downloaded the soundtrack (Legitimately, might I add) and she seems to be solid. I have to admit I dig her retro style. She reminds me a little bit of Dido. Her debut Album is called "Finally Woken".

Slither looks to either be an over the top terror flick or a tongue in cheek horror comedy about (of all things) Leeches.

    RE:0?

There's also yet another derivative Scream rip off, something about a babysitter running around the house freaking out because she's too stupid to defend herself. Looks like everything we've ever seen before. Yawn. I don't even remember the name, nor do I care to.

    ...And that's all he wrote.
