Recreation Valentine's Day...

Alright. This thread might be in the wrong place, but eh, you can move it. (sorry).

This has nothing to do with the main point of the thread: In the begging of the school year a boy named Nick transfered to my highschool over the summer. He left a girl he had finally got back in his town, around 45 minutes away. After over half a year, ive really started liking him and hes been in our group of friends since the first week of school. I don't know what to do. Take the chance and risk rejection or an awkward friendship, or pity because he doesn't want to hurt me. Im wondering what to do on Val. Day.

This is the point of the thread: But I want to know what everyone else is what are you planning to do on Valentine's day? Anything good? :anime:

 

I think you should take a shot at him. C'mon, if he's your friend he won't reject you. If he does, it's okay, because you know he'll still be your friend. My plan for Valentines Day... Nothing special, except going to school and doing homework... :sad:

 

Yah, they will still assign homework on Valentine's day. A pity. And in reference to what you said about rejection. Because he's a close friend im afraid that he'll say yes as to not hurt my feelings. but whatever. The school system sucks we'll have to make a thread of, "The homework you were forced to do on Val. day." I have a World History essay due on the 14...

 

For one.. V-day Is just another day.. its not a real Holiday.. just some day to promote the sales of Roses and whatever. You don't need to celebrate it.. So dont go looking for a Boy friend just because its V-day

As for asking that guy out.. Make sure he is still not seeing that girl back home..
and if he is not.. then No Guts No Glory.. so if you like him go for it.. If he says no.. then Say.. hey I wanted to take the Chance.. no worries..

 

i dont know..if i can get back with Jina, we'll go to her house and chill..or something..Oh but I know Micheal's taking me out to Faliscos and giving me something, or at least thats what he says..eh..too bad hes not my valentine

 

I have a stuffed teddy bear and flowers going to this one girl i like at my school, though she has no idea yet. I don't care if I get anything though.

 

I usually do nothing but go to class and do homework, as I've never had a girlfriend before; this year's different, though. I doubt I'll be getting her anything special, since both of us know I'm broke, but we'll probably do something together if there's time in our busy schedules.

 

I don't like Valentine's Day. I've had some bad experiences on Valentine's Day. In the eigth......eighth....(dang it, I forgot how to spell it) grade (two years ago) on Valentine's Day, my teacher for 3-4 hours walked out for a while and then suddenly all the girls started trying to give me candy and stuff. I don't eat surgery stuff because I don't take good enough care of my teeth. I don't need a bunch of candy giving me cavities. So I just refused to take any. After a while they started just putting it on my desk to try to make me take it and I just kept putting it somewhere else. Eventually, I got annoyed enough where I just hit the stuff off my desk. Then the teacher came in and I got in trouble just for not taking the candy. Last year, I was able to miss coming to school on Valentine's day. This year, I don't have anything planned on how to get out.....

 

Valentine's Day always just reminds me of how miserable I am.

I never know whether to look forward to it and maybe the possibility that I may actually have a secret admirer or something and someone may give me something...but then I never want to get my hopes up cause usually that isn't the case at all.

I wish i could get something...like just a cute little gesture from a friend or soemthing (the ideal thin is the secret admirer sceanario tho) but I'm not expecting anything.

I imagine spending the day with a Kaiba picture. I'll probably bring one to school just for spite. XD

V-Day will probably mean alot more to me when I'm older...when I'm mor einto the date scene and am an adult and ahve nice dinner dates and good 'bed time' later that night XD heh heh...

 

All I gotta say is girls, don't trust any guys that give you chocolate; they're just trying to make ya' horny. But if you're into that kind of thing, go right on ahead.

As for me... I'll probably do absolutely nothing for V-Day. Kara doesn't like it and neither do I, so it'll be just another day, just like it always has.

 

Dude, way to go, you totally blew our cover. Seriously though, I've got a girl at school I have my eyes on. She's really cute and nice to me, but she came from a public school to a Catholic school, and now she's failing. Plus, she even admitted to me that she did drugs with a group of her friends and almost got busted by the cops. I'm afraid that if things go down to kissing, I'm gonna get some sorta STD or something. oO I'm sure other girls got their eyes on me, I'll just sit back and wait until then. Oh Ashika, I have an essay due on the 14th too.

 

Valentine's Day .... it'll probably just be like any other day for me ^^. Except that I get free candy from my friends, which rocks, especially because they know me well enough not to buy me those disgusting little candy hearts that say stuff like "Be Mine", because they taste like chalk.

And La Sombra.....sankyuu for the tip, I have chocolate to go buy now ^^

Given the upcoming psuedo holiday, I say it's better to go for it than to sit around miserable in some god forsaken hole. Make sure he's had his shots and give him a kick in the balls if he tries to get up your skirt.

Speaking of which, I'll be spending quality time drinking hot sake at the local yakitori place... :sad:

Bleh...Valentines day...or as some call it V-day..I call it...a pain in the a$$ which i have to go and fork cash out for some girl that i wish to show my affections for..wow...thanks Cupid...your an a$$

 

He's also the one that shot you clean in the chest. There's always one thing on me and my friend's minds on Valentine's Day; chicks. Always chicks, always lookin' forward to gettin' that special valentine from the special someone. I'm pretty sure there are more than a few girls who have a crush on me, and how can they not?! I'm quite loveable. An ogre when sizing me up, yes, but loveable and huggable.

 

As many good looking (to say the least) girls that I know, I wouldn't date any of them, not as of now at least. I also have a flaw, the fact that I'm cheap to boot, especially since I don't have a job, and MegaCon's coming up.

I was never really popular... so I only got candy during those years that everyone had to bring candy. Last Valentine's Day I got a rose for a guy to make him feel guilty... oh wait I shouldn'It bring that up. But any how....Valentines is a great day to make people feel miserable, or to make them feel loved.... Some one called it singles awareness day, heh.
