Trigun Vash's age

in one of the episodes, it shows vash as he was as a kid, then it says 100 years later... how is that possible? is he living out of time, or just a freak, and how was he created?

Vash is 130 years old according to the best estimates that I have found. He and his twin Knives are both plants. I mean plants as in the "lost technology" that give off power in the series. He and Knives don't age the same way humans do. Vash and Knives were found in the core of a plant by Rem and the crew of the SEED ship.

yes vash and knives are aliens who were saved guessing rem and then they lived there entil knives ate the apple and went insane. but a blink of an eye is like 5 years to vash.

 

An apple a day keeps the doctor away...but then you lose it and try to commit mass genocide.

he only has that gun arm because his real arm was blown off by knives after vash tried to attack him when knives killed rem's only living relative.

Vash is 130, but I heard he stopped aging at 21. So hes like in body! Meryl & vash!! <3 That would be great.

Oh Yeah. Meryl's got it BAD! Meryl is totaly "head over heels" for the guy.

Yeah that's what I think too! I think that once Meryl admits to Vash about how much she really cares about him then he'll listen....especially after the fact that Vash was remeinded of Rem towards the end of the series. He saw that there was a major simularity between Rem and her and I think that he was well 'taken' by her more...at that moment anyway. But I just thought ....He hadn't told Meryl about his age....!:glazed: Hopefully she would feel the way that I do about the whole age thing!!
