Anime Venus wars

Who has seen this movie.. who liked it. who hated it.. HUH?

I loved it but the only problem i had was when the showed the monitors they used actual footage and it looked stupid..

Yeah, i saw it a good while back and enjoyed it a lot. Classic stuff with top-notch animation and music, "Biker gang takes on an evil military army and kicks arse"

Did anyone ever read the original manga title? I'm curious if there were any major differences not included in the anime. In most cases, the manga provides a lot more insight to the characters/locations and story then the animated version.

Always been meaning to see Venus Wars, I think Central Park brought it out on DVD so I'll get a copy of that.

Has anyone played the old Venus Wars game on the NES?
That kicked arse for it's time.
