It looks pretty good, but I'm always hesitant to purchase bootlegs. Sometimes, it's the only way to get some stuff, especially when there are no plans to release it. It can get very frustrating.

Thank you for taking the time to write to us here at World Events
Productions. We love to hear from our fans and assist you with whatever
questions you might have concerning the series. I understand that you
are looking for the Voltron series on DVD and wondering how to obtain
this material. Well I wish I could say that it was that easy but
currently we are only offering the series on VHS at this moment but we
do have plans of releasing the series one day on DVD. Currently Trimark
Home Video has the rights for releasing some of the series and they have
only released a few on VHS, but we have tried to encourage them to
release the series on DVD format. Maybe you will have better luck in
telling them you wishes and informing them of the demand. I have
referred a lot of fans to the Trimark's website and asking fans to email
Trimark and ask them to release the series on DVD format. So here is

click on the email logo. Hopefully this will add to their collection of
requests and they will be convinced that this release would be
profitable for their company. If they do not release the series on DVD

It does look promising though. If enough fans contact WEB, maybe we might just see a complete box set in the not so near future.

Boxed Sets

Can you imagine a complete boxed set for the Lion Voltron Force and the Vehicle Voltron Force, with Fleet of Doom thrown in as an extra? How cool would that be?

I actually just got a copy of Fleet of Doom for Barnes and Noble. It really brought back memories.

 

Yeah, I love seeing the two Voltrons together. I just wish the animation was better. The American animation of the Lion 2nd season and Fleet of Doom was far inferior than the original Japanese. But I guess something is better than nothing!
