waiting

I feel like I am waiting for someone... like I did for my dad in middle school and some of high school. He would get there sometime after four and everyone would be gone... it was so quiet. Even the birds would be still. There was no one and no thing. I was so lonely, but I kept hoping that some one would come even though deep in my heart I wondered if I had been forgotten.....
I sit here in the dark... alone again. No voice and no sound... Just me sitting in the cold october night, waiting... still waiting

 

*sighs* it'll be okay... soon.

 

Quit standing around and waiting for everyone else. Go out and make someone wait on you for once. Hit up the town, and have a good time! Blaze your own trails.
