OOC: Well lets gets this started, I'm gonna leave the character creation open for more people to enter.

    Illidan

Illidan looked from his citadel onto his forces of Naga and Blood Elf alike and he smiled, he would have his revenge. Then he grunted suddenly and put his hand to his side where a large scar was. But first he would have to heal. He went back into his chamber and started to meditate listening to the sounds of his troops training.

In his mind he played back the battle between him and Arthas and kept wondering where he had gone wrong. And then it hit him...it was the Lich King. He must have been feeding him power. And now the two were combined and preparing for an attack on the entire world.

(OOC: Okay, here I go. I hope this is right.)

    Sia

Sia hated this. Her group had left the woodlands behind long ago, and Sia longed for the safety of the trees. Without their familar shade, she felt vulnerable and a little scared. And all these people! She did not know any of them, with the exception of one or two of the other new members. A part of her wanted to flee, to run back to her woods, her home, her family, but Sia remained certain that her decision had been right. After all, what's a little homesickness in comparision to the restoration of her family's honor?

"This shall pass, and they will see their mistake," Sia whispered.

    Ember

Ember stood amidst the Orcish Horde, trying to become invisible. She realized now the mistake she had made by joining on this side of the war. If the enemy forces didn't kill her, her "allies" would. Her human appearance would lead to her downfall among these Orcs.

"Tonight," she thought, "in the cover of the darkness, I'll escape the Horde and attempt to join the Alliance. Perhaps they will accept me."

Arha's sat atop his throne in the undead city of Lorderon. Things were simply taking too long, he thought to himself. As his list of enemies continued to grow, so did his ambition. His victory was nearly within his grasp, he could feel it. With every fallen enemy his army would grow, and Artha's was stilled awed by the magnificence of it all. But yet, time was short, and he need to purge the Alliance and the orcish horde from existance before he could turn his attention to that fool Illidan and the enemies from within his ranks. And so he plotted...

    --------------------

Meanwhile, nearly fifty miles away, Elros Oronar and his downtrodden group of refugees headed north as fast as their weary legs could carry them. Riding at the head of the group, his charges, and himself, were in desparate need of food. In the distance, the proud and determined half-elf could make out the makings of a camp. He offered a short prayer to whatever god that was listening that it was a Alliance outpost.

OOC: You don't have to post your character name unless you have two.

    Daniel

Daniel watched with fear and revulsion as the undead scourge passed not even fifty feet away from him towards the Alliance outpost. He looked around and saw the other 50 human warriors including the Paladin Sir Drake the Dire getting ready for the ambush. There were about 75 undead: two necromancers, about 60 ghouls and 13 abominations. They would take out the necromances first then take out the rest.

Suddenly with a yell Drake jumped up held his war hammer high and yelled, "ATTACK!!"

Caught up in the rush of the charge Daniel ran with the rest.

    Lorelei

Lorelei threaded her way quickly through the terrain. She was looking for a job, but that didn't mean that she would take just any job. As a former Alliance member turned Mercenary, she would have to be careful. Some people knew her as their enemy.

She stayed in the shadows, looking for a chance.

    Daniel

Daniel swerved in and out with his fellow comrades following the glowing figure of sir Drake. He saw him shoot a few Holy Light attacks that stopped and seriously hurt or killed a few undead and finish them off with his warhammer. Daniel swung his own sword out and caught a ghoul in the chest and the did a large sweep catching another on its arm. He kept running when all of a sudden he ran into something very large and very ugly. The nine foot tall abomination slowly looked down at him grunted stupidly and raised all three of its arms carrying meat cleavers and swiftly brought them down towards him!

Drake was slowly fallowing behind Daneil making sure Daniel wouldn't see him. He was so angry at the slaughter of other undead. Soon he would attack but he had to skeletons to use since gouls were only anti-matter. Then he tryed to think they were only spies no real power. He planned to attack soon.

One of the scouts had returned. From the look on the young man's face, Sia guessed that what he had found had not been good. After a quick exchange with the group's leader (Captain Claymore or something like that, she wasn't sure what his name was exactly), the scout had pointed back the way he had came from and then took off in the same direction. The captain gestured for everyone to follow him and headed after the scout. Curious about what would cause the captain to take unexperienced, newly inducted troops into a possibly dangerous situation, Sia followed the others.
