Computers warranty voided if you use a THERMAL PASTE on a AMD?

    I would imagine that their main concern is that most people don't know how to apply thermal gel, and are likely to break their cpu when they crush the die cause they have no phase shift pad and don't know what they are doing. I can completely agree with AMD's decision, if you use thermal gel you are NOT following AMD's instructions on how to mount the cpu, and if you break it cause you can't follow instructions, why should they replace it for free?
