Tenchi Muyo Was Tenchi hentai at first?

plz some one tell me that tenchi wasn't really hentai at first. somone told me that theres a tenchi series that is nothing but hentai.............it seems real because look how the women act, so is it true ?????

 

Fry, the one who told that crap to you was talking bullshit, if you ask my opinion. The thing you saw was probably a fan-made doujishi or however it's spelled.

 

whew, thank goodness... i was worried for a minute there. theres no way tenchi could be hentai...

 

I didn't say that I could prove that it's not hentai. I just don't think that it has originally been just a hentai serie. No hentai would grow into something as big and popular as Tenchi Muyo!

But hell, Hiroaki Samura, author of Blade Of The Immortal, used to draw erotic pictures of woman before drawing BOTI.

 

So it's still a mystery ? maybe theres a mini series of it..........i just can't bare to whatch them like that i know them to well

 

If ya wanna be sure 'bout this matter you should try to seek info about Tecnhi. I have read many sites that tell about Tenchi and not a one of them so far has mentioned about Tenchi being originally hentai.

But if it isn't, like I suppose, how can you find it out? I don't think that you'll find a site that says: "Tenchi Muyo! is not based on a hentai serie!" Man, that sentece could make me laugh if I'd laugh to thing I write myself.

Hell, let's just assume that Tenchi Muyo! doesn't base on hentai until someone proves that it bases on hentai. I still doubt that Tenchi bases on hentai...

Of course, you'd expect hentai from the Eva series. I mean, it WAS made by Gainax. I can offer nothing but conjecture in this regard, but my sources would disagree with a hentai origin to the Tenchi franchise. The same creator made El Hazard as well, and if you try to tell me that started as hentai, I'll just have to tell you you're wrong.
Really, though, if there's any sort of demand for anything, someone will create it. So, either way, you'll just have to accept that this kind of stuff will exist, whether before or after the creation of what we hope is the original.

 

the japanies version had some nude seens ,like when there in the baths and Reoko askes Tenchi to join them in the girles bath,put i don't think that it was all hentai

 

Nudity is nothing. If a naked person makes something porn, then how would diaper commercials ever make it on the air? And where would art be?

 

Not based on hentai. Mostly based on some ideas the creators kicked around about the one kid (Sylvia's kid brother?) from Bubblegum Crisis. There is nudity in the OVA's, some innuendo in Ep. 7, but I'd call it on the level of Ranma 1/2. If anything, from what I hear GXP is dirtier than all the rest of Tenchi - so the truly corrupt element is creeping in rather late.
