Travel Washington D.C.!!

Hey everyone!!
Just to let you know, I'm going to be gone for a couple of days for the end of the year field trip with my 8th grade class to Washington D.C..
I won't be back till about Saturday.

Well, I'm back.
Earlier than I thought I would be but oh well.
Geez, didn't know you guys cared. Lol.
And defy "thinggie."
You mean like the sites?
Because I saw all the sites except for the Jefferson Memorial.
Our class was supposed to go into the Whitehouse but they canceled out on us at the last moment, which really sucked.

 

yeah, that would suck! but it would save Bush a beating! j/k

Lol. No we didn't see Bush.
I think that was why we weren't able to get in the Whitehouse, because he was there.
But I did have lots of fun.
My favorite memorial was probably the newest one, the World War II memorial.
My least favorite was the Washington Monument.
I'm afraid of heights so I didn't go up.
It was only me and another classmate who didn't go up.

 

yeah, well no one likes bush except for his two dogs who hump his legs each day.

... i would laugh if bush actually went on to this site... then i'd vote for him...

but just, hope you had a grande time there. i sure didn't. ^__^ (i have to go there first.)

 

Washington DC wasn't that impressive when I was there 2 years ago. Sure, it's nice to see the white house and stuff, but still, it felt like " Oh, ok, white house. What's next?
"

Maybe it's my european/asian mentality. I don't know. But overall, it's an impressive city.

Lucky, when I went they were building it, and if I was to stay a few more days it would have been the opening of it. It did look cool from I saw though. To bad you didn't get to go into the White House, but niether did we. We stood out side. Hey, was that Homeless woman there who was like anti-war. I talked to her forever then my teacher is like Kaleob, come here. lol I went with a small group of 7 and 8 graders.

I don't know if it was the same woman but she had a sign about nuclear bombs.....I forget what it was.
None of the guys in my class talked to her though.

 

Why, not! Yes, I am pretty sure it is the same lady. She was cool though. D.C. was a sad trip for me, I got pick-pocketed.. and of course I had all my money with me 9 i know me stupid) Thank god for Travelers checks! I wonder were does that lady go to the bath-room at?
