Television Waste Of Air Time On TV?

What is considered a waste of air time on tv to you?

well i think that many soap operas.....some football games....races....need more cartoons!

 

Commercials.

 

I tend to dislike commercials to, though they're kind of necessary, plus it gives me time to get something to eat in the middle of a show or something. I have to agree with neoblacklady on this, though, and say that most soap operas and sporting events are very, very bad. Very bad.... eeeeeevil.

 

Commercials are a necessary evil. See, for one, thats one of the ways TV stations get money.

Plus some cool ones do exist, like the one for the new Metroid game.

Anyway, commercials are ideal for bathroom breaks, grabbing a snack, and a million other mundane activities.


So what do I wish was removed from the air?

Jeez, a lot of crap. I can't even begin to list it. I can say that the Olsen Twins would be banned from even existing though.

 

I dislike old reruns that have aired at least 10 times each -COUGH COUGH DRAGNBALLZ STAR TREK COUGH COUGH- I also dilike soap operas and most baseball games AND GOLF!!!! KILL GOLF!!!!!

 

repeats and sports.

 

Comercials, BBC do just fine without them. Soap operas, they're garbage. Voyeuristic programs off all kinds, they're just feeding the worst part of our nature. All those insane psycadelic kids programs like the telietubbies or the tweenies, we are really really ****ing up our kids.
