Sailor Moon What about other people from the Moon Kingdom?

If everyone got sent to earth, where are the royal guards, the ministers, and other people from the Moon Kingdom? The scouts are great, but it is the side storys of people in the background that can realy bring a story to life so where are they?

 

A thousand years ago, our moon was home to a great civilisation ruled by Queen Serenity. Everything was peaceful until the arrival of the evil Queen Beryl. Queen Beryl: Mwahahaha (Those Stupid Evil Laughs) First the Moon shall be mine, Then the universe! To conquer the Moon, Queen Beryl unleashed the awesome power of the Negaforce. Although her world was destroyed, Queen Serenity's last hope was the Imperium Silver Crystal, and the Crescent Moon Wand.
Queen Serenity: Only this Crystal and Wand can combat the power of the Negaforce, never let our enemies get them, or the universe is doomed! But most of all, you must protect our dear Princess Serena, do you understand?
Luna And Artemis: Yes
After Queen Serenity used the power of the Crystal to send all the children of the Moon to the future, on earth. In that process they lost their memories and Luna and Artemis must find the Princess, so she can be at last be saved.
And so, Our Story Begins.

 

The original version doesn't have the intro in the first episode like that dub has. That was all created (not bad I have to say). Anyways, the dubbing really butchered the shiznack out of the series. But from what I understand, Serenity only had so much power left in the Silver crystal so she used it to send the scouts as well as the cats back to earth. But she also had to trap that demon shadow in the crystal pieces (remember that anime episode were Queen Beryl tries to gather the crystal bearers up again). So I'd imagine that traping that demon would soak up quite a bit of power wouldn't you?

When explaining it, she says that she erased everyone's memory so they could live a peaceful life but made it so that the sailor scouts could be called on if they were needed. That's why we don't see them. Or at least we don't know if we see them.
