Recreation What do you look for in a website?

    Basically what it says.

    Do you tend to bookmark the trendiest, flashiest sites you can find?

    Or maybe you prefer the all-complete fountains of textual knowledge?

    What is it about your favorite pages that keeps you coming back again and again?

    I love Flashy, catch the eye kind of sites! Just like a book cover. If the cover sucks, I won't buy it. lol.

    But I do look at the Information behind the Graphics lol. :D

    I like them to be flashy but don't realy need it as long the site has the downloads,information,or other things I am looking for.

    Well, if you're wondering at the type of sites I bother to bookmark....

    I bookmark the forums I visit.
    I bookmark artwork sites that really impress me and that I plan to link to from my own.
    I bookmark webmanga/comics that I read and highly enjoy.
    I bookmark Fanfiction.net authors who impress me.
    I bookmark anime sites with helpful/informative information and/or great image galleries.
    I bookmark sites with writing and webpage tools and the like.

    I tend not to bookmark sites with confusing/tacky/not-helpful layouts, and those who just haven't quite grasped the concept of attractive layout design yet.

    Just so you know, Manga to Anime is high on my list of bookmarked forums. ^_^

    just random crap i like and dont want to lose basically...local radio stations there so i can get the music i need when i need it...kogepan sites bc they make me smile...m2a of course but its programmed on my keyboard so... my friends art page...big bunny site bc its hilarious...couple other random sites that made me laugh ya know just to have on a gloomy day ^.^ yay for bookmarks

    Depends, if I want info on something, it's info better be useful and very informative, otherwise it's pure crap to me, even if they have tons of pictures/multimedia.

    Most forums I go to, I like to see info/opinions from fellow people with the same interest instead of reading just one or couple info from editors.

    Then there are randoms site I visit once in a while for laughs (ie this site)

    Basically, to me, it's what the site is about. As long as you keep me interested, I'll always come back. To tell you the truth, this website would have to be the one that I visited the most. But if they have cool pics and something funny, yeah, count on me coming back.
