Anime what do you think about toonami and the anime they show

i think that toonami should show more anime and quit all this stupid editing. i mean look at those stupid cartoon cartoons they show its no wonder there lossing money.

I don't care much for Toonami.Although,it did introduce some of us to anime.Not me,though!

was just about the post that when i saw you had already said it anyway i dont watch anything from toonami or adult swim, i usually cant stand dubs. There are a few exceptions, but for the most part i stick with DLing anime (i have about 40 gigs of anime on my comp :glazed: )

 

I completly hate Toonami... and to tell you the truth... all the new shows coming on Adult Swim... have got me disappointed... Like Kakaider, Reign(which didnt last long and Trigun finally came back!!!!!), Big O they are sooo bad... except Trigun, Inuyasha, Lupin III, and Cowboy Bebop (i know they dont show it anymore)

Ok, i do like Toonami, but, now that they have taken Kenshin off, and all.................. grrrrrrrrrrrr, the way there scedual should look:

5.00: Dragon Ball z
5.30: Yu Yu Hakusho
6.00: Cyborg 009 ^___^ i like this show
6.30: Kenshin

but the way have it now....i hate it!!! nuff said!

Toonami been a pain lately. I sorta hate them. Oh fine! I hate them! As long as they don't remove any more of the good anime then I'm happy (and not gonna start kicking the wall again).

 

toonami is crap... cool when i was twelve but yeah
adult swim i think is hilarious (especially w/ their black n white text stuff now... too funny!) and they show good animes as well (loves/ed bebop, trigun, lupin) some better than others yes but ALL good none the less, even kikaider isnt too bad. and sure they still edit on AS but for a poor kid who has no cheap way of getting anime its more than one could ask for ^.^

 

Tooanimi sucks.
They butcher anime.
When I was in the West Indies I got Toonanimi on the TV and I watched and nearly died becuase of the sheer crapiness.

i think toonami could be alot better but i do like some of the cartoons they have had on the show that they dont show anymore and i also think if they showed someof the stuff like Trigun on it then it would have alot more viewers

 

some of the shows are good but i really only like Yu Yu Hakusho and Kenshin. . .DBZ sucks. I dont like that show. But yes Adult swim is better, and so i guess i kinda like toonami but it needs more good shows.

 

I cant remember the last time toonami was actually a good channle, i think its when thety showed cowboy bebop,

 

yah im not that fond of toonami and the dubbing and editing. but it does introduce a lot of anime to ppl. and cyborg 009 isnt bad at all. so ill say its ok. and i hate wut they did to kenshin and how theyre putting it on saturday...
but i actually enjoy adult swim. futurerama and family guy i like. but the bad thing is how they took inuyasha and cowboy bebop out. and they do have trigun and lupin III which i like. and kikaidor is pretty cool and i actually like Big O. its very classy. but yes i think they are overloading on the big mecha animes but...its aite fo now. so fo adult swim thyre overally pretty good even though they did make sum bad choices with animes and ish.

 

just as toonami goes on my "not bad" list, they do something stupid to put them back on the "you guys are idiots" list.

 

The only thing I like about toonami was the fact that they brought me into Anime through Sailor Moon. It wasn't bad back then in the summer of 98. Robotech, Voltron, the Real Adventures of Jonny Quest... ahhh, those were happier days. Moltar, the old host who sat behind that gigantic cannon was the shiznak. Even the earlier versions of DBZ were good. Now, DBZ is like the flagship of toonami and I have some beef with the current host. Ach, it sickens me.
