Anime What do you think of....

Ok folks lemme know what y'all think of the Robotech series?

 

I love it. My title used to be The Robotech Master (a delightful play on terms, given both my knowledge of the series, and the fact that I GM a Robotech RPG). In fact, over at SB it still IS The Robotech Master.

Anyway. Yes. I really do love it.

 

Robotech is a good Americanized classic scifi series. I despise Eng dubs but in Robotech series the voice actings back in the 80's are far superior compare to those ones today.
A good solid series I highly recommend it.

 

Its my all time favorite story. Not my fav. anime story, its my fav. story between all Ive read and Ive seen on tv including cine, anime, cartoons, sci fi novels, etc.

 

I have to say--aside from Voltron, Robotech is one of the reasons I am an anime fan. I have the original series on VHS.

I love the show. I love New Gen, but the main reason was I watched GCM before I hever herd of Robotech, so that kinda swayed me over.

I love Macross Saga, and I do like Southerncross, but I preffer the original not the Robotech edit. Its a bit short for the story they tell in Robotech:SC
