My teacher once lived in Brazil for i duno how long and he said that he enjoyed staying there...

I post this here because I wanted to know what brazil is to the rest of the world. I study at a american school in Belo Horizonte, and all my american teachers say that it`s a nice place to live and blabkabka, but I don`t know why! so I thought that if i post something about it here i would get the answer. and also because i wanted to post something here !

Why don't you say what you don't like about it, and we'll tell you whether it's all that bad, and perhaps inspire a bit of patriotism in you(or not). I know barely anything about Brazil at all, so I can't say much about it at all. They have a good football(soccer to you yanks) team. I dunno, ya know?

You know, today i'm in a good, really good mood! okay, i was angry because of a comercial i saw:glazed:! But i don't like brazil mostly because of the people who live here. You already saw someone calling brazilian people b****, right?! True and not true! Most are normal people, but the rest... Anyways, it's a good place to live!

PS: brazil isn't that good in soccer anymore!

Haven't been to Brazil before... what comes to mind is a lot of trees and hot temperatures and exotic animals.

Most of my friends have the same "I HATE WHERE I LIVE" opinion about Puerto Rico. I really don't see what they hate about it. They're always goin' around saying how much Puerto Rico sucks...

If they keep going around like that, it won't get any better. What you say has repercussions that keep going. They don't know the power of their words.

Brazil seems —since I've not been there— like a cool place. Instead of looking ONLY at the cons, take a look at the pros. (Hehe. It does WONDERS for me when I try to calm meself down after people diss our li'l island)

I frankly don't see why people ALWAYS say the same thing about where they list! WHAT?! ARE HUMANS JUST A BUNCH OF INGRATES!!??

OK i realized something. If i don't post in the misc forum i'll never get to 100 posts. So here goes my babble

I don't like my city - there's lots of smog everywhere *cough cough*. But i can live with it.

A little music... relaxing... *SNIFFFFFFFFFF* *cough cough*

I've found that many people don't dislike where they live - BUT the people they live with. Stress is one of the worst evils of mankind today.

I wonder if this is why we kept watching anime... to escape to other worlds, with really nice (and kawaii!) characters. For example, if i could live in Terra II, home of the marionettes, i would. OOO too bad, we're stuck in the _REAL_ world!

(ouch, that must've hurt :anime: )

But when you got someone to love, and someone who loves you, it's SO very different. What do you think guys?

 

I think brazil would be a sick place to live, I been down there once
(well actually somewhere near there) , the only problem I had with the place was the numerous number of spiders (God I hate spiders)

But if it makes you happy I hate the current town I live in and there is this annoying brazillian kid at my school who pisses me constantly I dislike (the word Hate is too harsh for him)

 

I agree wif the whole "I watch anime to escape" thing, but it may not always be the people. ^^; Maybe it's pear pressure that makes everyone complain. (Oh well..)

What Country does not stereotype other ppl from around the world.. Most Americans think that we canadians are stupid and live in a town of 100 ppl where everyone knows everyone.. And we Canadians think that americans are all fool and ignorent bastards!

Though these are only stereotypes which all country's have for each other..

It's true! DAMN THOSE PEOPLE! I want to know more about this boy Uncle_Sweetie!!! PLEASE! Brazilians tend to think they are the best! I know a lot of brazilians on internet who thinks this way!
I HATE THE PEOPLE I LIVE WITH! btw, KaMeKaZi- san brazilians people likes to hate others brazilians! This was why I talk about all the ST Thing! Anyways, Usuallyyyyy if you are noy thin, blonde, brow skin and etc you can't be their friens! I know it's sounds like a 6 year old little kid, but I hate them the same way! I'm thin, blonde but i'm white like snow<what it's impossible here> and I hate wear tops and mini skirts and they judge me by my looks! How can I live here?! HOW!?
I'm going to buy clothes, and instead of clothes i found little piece of them!

luvweaver - I agree with you! anime it's where you can be everything you want to be! When you are sad, you can be happy again just by watcing or talkink with anime fans. The same thing goes to internet on my opinion!
When you are here<internet, M2A, anime>they don't judge you by your looks, they will jusge you by who you really are! When my best friend died 3 years ago, I died with her. Without my friends, family and anime i dunno if was going to be posting this here... Anime was where I could be what I wanted to be, with my friend, happy! Anime is more than cute characters doing cute things, they do teach something to you there! I learned that even when i fell down, I have to get up and keep going! After all there is more ppl who care about you and want you happy. This is just my opinion!!!
