I know how much everyone hates thinking, but I thought this would be interesting (I just got out of Chem class, sorry). so anyway, which element would you be, and why?

I personally would be nitrogen. This is because I pair up with people like me, but only if we're introduced. I also tend to not group well with others (without the same interests), and I am fairly stable.

Now, c'mon, you know you have a little chemistry just dying to get out, so what element are you?

Let's see ... being the honourable sort, I'm probably a noble gas ;).
I'm probably Francium. Dangerously reactive. I can explode, and I don't work well with water.
I don't have a periodic table handy, so I really am just pulling this stuff out of my ***. Is there an assinite or something?

I'd be water. I change to fit my surroundings. Simple as that.

My element is Mercury. A liquid metal, adherent, shiny, sensitive to heat and cold. Yet can be dangerous to the mind. :D

Yes. Yes it is. Two hydrogen, one oxygen. However, if you were to go by the pre-atomic science elements, water would be one, so I guess it works. That's why I originally said nothing.
