It is sung on episode ep.21 or 22 of JtoX. And I'm pretty sure the singer isn't Imai Yuka, according to the name on the soundtrack.

Seimeisen no Maria plays in ep. 21 ("Guren no Shuugeki: Hi-iro no Mezame" - "The Red Lotus' Last Act: The Scarlet Awakening" for those who don't speak Japanese),when the girls finally get to beat the stuffing out of Genbu,Suzaku and Byakko.

(BTW,Shuugeki, or "last act" here refers to the last act of a theater play)

InuYasha - Just out of curiosity,am I the only one who thinks that Byakko's....err..."attributes" look really weird on her?

No, I think that Bayko's "attributes" look really good on her :)

But I don't know. Bayko is a name for a famous male actor for female role characters in the kabuki theatre, so you can get a surprise at the end. I stay with the fruit salad girls or the saberdolls

IIRC,Yang Ming's marionettes (not counting Fan Fan - her loyalties lie elsewhere) are based on Chinese mythology: Genbu the Turtle,Byakko the Tiger,Suzaku the Bird of Prey,or something like that...

I'm still looking up the info,so more details may follow.

kapitanbar mistakely thought you meant Baiko there. To confirm your thoughts on Chinese mythology, the three are a part of four regions of the universe (Suzaku, Seiryuu, Genbu, and Byakko), each represented with a different animal:

The Vermillion Bird (somewhat like a phoenix) - Suzaku
    The Azure Dragon - Seiryuu
The Tortoise (Or Black Warrior in the modern version) - Genbu
    The White Tiger - Byakko

Maybe I missed it on last viewing, but is there a character that takes the role of Seiryuu (perhaps it's Fan Fan?)

I've never recalled the chinese marionettes.

And Fang Fang turns into a blue Dragon nearly the end, but it's a spoiler the situation and everything around it.

It's rather sad what happened with Fang Fang in J to X. Alike Koyuki-Obiichi's relationship, in the original novel Yang Ming falls in love with Fang Fang.

Weren't they the same characters? I believe so - unfortunately, Hanami's info page doesn't state it clearly.
