Tenchi Muyo What got you watching tenchi

    I was washu baby esp on cartoon network adult swim and from that point forward I was hook!!!:eek:

    I was looking something different at the video store during exams one year and bought the first OVA .

    I have the OVA series and a movie now.

    I got hooked on anime comedies after watching Project A-Ko and Dominion. I picked up the first OVA and soon afterwards picked up the second volume and then after that picked up the.....

    I was so bored so i just started watching tv, and Tenchi Muyo was on, at first i hated tenchi and the whole love and romance idea, but after the 1rst episode i saw, i just got hooked, and ive been watching it since.

    It was a really long time, I think like 4 years or so ago... they showed Tenchi Muyo! In Love on the Sci Fi channel at 2:00 in the morning and my sister taped it. I waited for the longest time to watch it after that and started watching it when it came on Cartoon Network ;)

    lets see um it was when i first got dish my i turned on cartoon network and saw the episode zero. and ryoko making the funny faces cracked me up (its was first time watching anime after that i was hooked.

    That guy! had started taping some Shin Tenchi (Tenchi in Tokyo) that was airing on Cartoon Network. Then, when a bunch of us were over at his place, he suggested we watch it. After a few eps, I was rolling in my chair...naturally, the other Tenchi series followed suit from there...

    I get all of my anime from my dorky brother, where he gets it...I dont want to know. My brother was in college at the time(2 years ago), and when he came up for christmas vacation, he brought tenchi in tokyo, and tenchi forever with him. We had an all out anime watching film festival kinda thing that night, and since then Ive been hooked.

    My friend started taping it for me along with Gundam Wing on UK Cartoon Network. I remember them looking so cool!!! *nostalgic sigh of first Gundam episode*

    The first Tenchi Muyo episode I saw was the super dodgy "Mihoshi Falls to the Land of Stars". Hotsprings will never be the same again for me...I just couldn't believe some of the jokes they got away with on a kiddy cartoon channel like that...even with some underwear airbrushed on, Ryoko was still shocking... :bleed2: :dizzy2: Instantly, Ryoko became the best cartoon character I've ever seen! :anime:

    I was at the movie store, renting anime, when i saw it, decided to rent it, but then i just could stop, im an adict :D

    I was just channel surfing....Then Ryoko caught my site. I was like what the heck is this. Some funny looking chic with wierd hair. It couldnt have been any american show. They dont draw like that not to my knowledge. My first time watching toonami. It looked kool. I was confused b/c i walked into half the season. So I tuned in the next show and loved it ever since. Never stop watching it. It was Tenchi muyo.. Aeyka and Ryoko's many fights.
