There are alot of classical manga/anime out there that are simply the greatest mangas and animes there ever was. What has happend to them. I don't see them anymore *sniff*

    Old anime/ and mangas like
    1. Rose of Versialle/Lady Oscar/Berusaiyu no Bara
    2. Ouke no Monshou /Daughter of the Nile
      [/list=1]

    1. It really hard to find anything on the web... :(

What can we do to save these anime's and mangas. We certainly wouldn't want this to happen to the current anime and manga.

I actually own the entire series of Rose of versailles (bought it when I found out it had influenced Utena which ties with SMJ to X as my favorite anime of all time). But it is difficult to find a fansubber who has all ... what is it, ten volumes of the thing? RoV was never released in North America, to my knowledge (odd huh?) so that's probably why it's harder to find these days :(.

ROV is the best! Doesn't anyone here find hisotrical manga/anime the greatest? I liked Lady Oscar, and Andre. It's too bad that it's hard to find. :( I never heard of the Daughter of the Nile. I must search for that before I can say anything.

    Thnx Phat!

After a long search I found out that there is only two Manga volumes of ROV that are officially transulated, and it's hard to even find those two. I found this chinese site that transulated and sell trasulated manga...
    Chinese Online Comics

OH and I found some of the Daughter of the Nile comics there too.

I wish if I could also get my hand on those old anime tapes of various animes I saw. Ranzi the vampire:sweat:, Spank the Toast head dog:sweat:, Lady Lady:sweat:... I know that these are not the official titles of the anime, but they are the several elements I remember... They bring a lot of great memories :) :shy3:

Well, Classical Manga can be better than the new ones. If I had a choice I would say new manga because most classical manga doesn't really ring my intrest

I haven't watched ROV, but I know the title always seemed to draw my attention to it. (Just like with Crest of the Stars and Candidate for Goddess...but I'll stop mentioning them here ^^)

I personally think that older series are some of the greatest works out there. So I am supporting you in your quest for the revival of the classics!
