Inu-Yasha What is keeping Kikyo alive?

What do you think is keeping Kikyo alive?

 

We know for a fact that Kikyo's body has been ressurected by the with Urasue, who combined clay and bones to form a nearly exact replica of her former identity. The body was lifeless, however, since it lacked a soul, which led to the episode where Urasue snatches Kagome's soul, intending to harness its power for Kikyo, though eventually Kikyo turns on her and Kagome fights for the return of her soul. Basically, a tiny fraction of Kagome's soul still lingers within Kikyo alongside her initial hatred for Inuyasha, which is the only thing keeping her even partially alive.
