Excel Saga what is this?

i was jsut wondering .i have seen this anime sometimes.but can someone tell me what is this anime about?

i actually am not sure, so i cant answer your question. but all i know i saw a few episodes and it was definately one of the craziest things the every seen. utter mayhem. in a funny, crazy sort of way. didnt make much sense. yet mindlessly entertaining. whoo!

It's about a town that wants to be controlled by two organizations: Across and the Govenment.

There really isn't much plot after that. The two main characters get a mission and always fail. Tons of laughs tho!
