I use Winamp for most music files, though I switch to Realplayer for avi files and VLC Player for ogm and mkv files. Let's see, iTunes for ripping CDs, and Windows Media Player for burning them... really I use everything. :p

Also, Intervideo WinDVD 5 for DVDs.

I use I-Tunes, always, despite the fact that I....*sniff* still don't own an I-pod T_T And WMP for watching AMVs and stuff....

I need something that can easily have music stored in its library, and simply play, and be able to arrange songs, that's all.

For that, I use Windows Media Player 10.

For everything else folks, there's Master Card :p

    Winamp Classic 2.95 for MP3s
Windows Media Player 9 for basic .avi files
Media Player Classic for everything else (.ogm/.mp4/.mkv/.etcetcetc)

I'm a Winamp Classic user since the beginning...and thus, I'll stay that way. >=]

For audio I use either Winamp, Windows Media Player, Quicktime, PowerDVD, or I forgot. Aye just depends on the song I guess.

Yeah, it's rather hard to beat with a stick. I wish I could though, but they'll probably infect *that* too.

Sorry, real player is *not* cool with me. ^_^

There's something called Real Alternative, it allows you to play real media without having to install realplayer.

Like Izzy, I too have used winamp since the beginning. I use it for everything, except for .rm and .mov of course. I'll need to take your work and look up Real Alternative, luvweaver.

Sometimes I end up using virtual dub to watch videos that lag or that I have difficulty watching in other media players.
