Computers What OS Do you prefer

    Hey all I was just woundering which OS do you prefer.
    I prefer the macintosh OS better because they are easier to use, have fewer problems, and work good for things that I use it for. Although Linux and Windows are also good and windows is better for games....

    Maybe that why i keep going broke too many games and new PCs :p

    hehe, well Windows as my game fix
    Linux/Xandros as an Office OS
    Mac, maybe if I get into working with heavy graphics or movies

    Windows: Windows XP Professional
    Linux: SuSE

    I don't game, but Windows XP is just much easier to use overall. I like Mac OSX, but, I can't actually afford the Mac that I want, which is either a G4 powerbook, or a G5.

    Debian Linux. I like the freedom of it. Not the price, but the ability to get the sourcecode and change stuff that bothers me, which I do pretty often. This is the OS I use 90 percent of the time. I don't use the other three versions of Linux I have loaded nearly as much, they are only there for tinkering.

    My favourite windows is windows server 2003, but I keep 98 (including DOS) around for older games, such as Privateer which can now run in 98 as well as native DOS mode (but will never work in NT)
