Music What was the last CD you bought

last CD i bought was sum 41 half hour of power, amber, my friend from school sed she was gonna give me it but she never got round to finding it n i got bored of waiting for it so i bought it, my other friend is burning me a cd with some songs of my choice on yay! :anime:

Just picked up Bad Religion's "All Ages"...its ahsome, its like a collection of all their best off of epitaph records. Punk staple, most def.

 

Just a little request of everyone.. when you post in this thread can you tell us what you think of the cd? It would be kind of neat for us to see what cd's are good to buy

OK, if you listen to Evanessence, Lacuna Coil is like a good version of them. And Type O Negative...definately an acquired taste.

 

I just got the FLCL Addict CD.. Actually my sister bought it online for me and I traded a tonne of dimsum for it ^^;

It is great, but too bad that the Pillows songs on it are not all full length. I'll have to buy me a Pillows cd next!

last cd i got was the underworld soundtrack.. I've heard the film is complete shite but the soundtrack is fantastic. maynard keenan from tool wrote one (or two) of the songs, and he sings on a few as well. and there are some a perfect circle remixes, and.. just loads of great songs. well worth the buy

 

I bought Ill Nino- confessions ...

It has alot of awsome songs...like how can i live ( spanish vesion ) very good some.

 

Immortal (Dark metal band) = Sons of Northen darkness; Heard them at Roskilde festival last year & thought they were quite good. Albums not as good as them live though... but good none-the-less.

Cannibal corpse (Death metal band) = Gore obsessed; Going to see them soon at Wacken festival in Germany in August (Perhaps i'll post a thread about it) cant wait ^_^. Cant really describe death metal(Mainly due to laziness)... though one critic guy tried & said the vocalist sounds like the Cookie monster :/

 

Return Of The King soundtrack, I think. I have all 3 LOTR movie soundtracks.

I think that the last one i bought was the Matrix Revelusions soundtrack. It wasn't as good as number two but it's still got a few songs on it that you can listen to. That would make all the matrix sound tracks plus of course the animatrix to go with it.

I just bought 4 classical cds . Got some of everything, hope to be picking up the erm glory soundtrack/Queen of the Damned (oh that ****ing rocks!) britney spears one.

Bought Linkin Park's Meteora a few days ago. Heard it in gym class and liked some of the songs. Pretty good. I can really relate to some of the lyrics. Too bad My December isn't on this CD, I heard a lot of good things about that song.

 

Santana - Ceremony. I don't know how that got released without me noticing sooner.
