Recreation What's the most boring subject in school?

It depends on the teacher. I hated Chemistry 'cuz the teacher talks alot and never stops ...

 

boring... boring... English class can be very boring.. When the instructor starts talking she will never stop!

 

My economics class bored me to tears and then there was that Human Geographies class i had to take freshman year because my damn high school didnt have any geography classes, and geography is required for entry into CU Boulder

 

Any and all math classes

 

Well, it depends if the teacher is exciting or just drones on about a certain subject.

It never occurred to me what classes were boring. My classes are different everyday. Some days are boring and some outgoing, so I can't really say.

 

For me Math, It wouldn't be bad at all, but what I am learning in 8th grade is everything I have learnt in the past two years again..so I get really bord in that class, it would be better if I was learing new things.

 

Just wait 'till you get to Logarithms. (30-level math (Grade 12)) They slaughtered me, and I used to be good at math! :dizzy2:

So, yeah, my most hated subject was Math. My best was Social, back in Grade 12. Final mark of 98%.

 

Spanish. All of my classes are at least a little interesting, so I guess spanish is more of the least interesting, instead of being boring.

I'm in 10th and have logs. ((Algebra 2, yo!))

 

heh heh...well....for me?....special projects....ever heard of it? NO! didnt think so... thats cuz its the most worthless boring subject on the face of the earth that probably doesnt exist anywhere else except back at my stupid highschool...how do they get you to take it you may ask? promises of extra credits no effort required! what do you do in this worthless cource you may ask? whatever the teacher tells you..."SLAAAVE!! PHOTOCOPY 200 PAGES NOOOOOOW!!! AND THEN SHARPEN MY PENCILS!! NOOOOW!!!"....yes it was considered a subject... oh im glad those days are over with LOL the shame *cries*

 

Math I really hate it...Its so boring i have a hard enough time waking up in the morning but having it as a third period class,its kind of hard to even keep your head up and look like your awake. But there is two first place winners it was Spanish. Our teacher as a homework assignment told us to pick out a poem translate it into spanish and then Say it in front of the class. Didn't take me long to drop that class .

 

It would have to be math...as you grow it feels like a whole new language. Sometimes I just look at the board and just see numbers and not have an understanding of what the hell iam looking at. It clearly is a painful sight... :anger2:

Well I'm in seventh grade. My most boring subject(s) would have to be P.E., math, and science. Even though my teachers say I am a very good student and I get good grades.

 

English......Way to boring, keep fallin asleep, and its freakin annoying! :anger2:

 

I wish i could think of subject that wasnt boring. I honestly cant say which is the most boring of all, because i hated everything so much. i left school early, althoug there was partly a medical reason, but i dont regret it. Yet ^_~

 

I...dislike Math. I used to love it. Especially back in 6th grade. I would always be praised by my Math teacher. Now it seems to make my mind reel. =x

 

Perhaps my most boring subject is Architectural History. You could go in to that lecture wired up to your eyeballs on caffeen, and you'd still fall asleep during the class. Kinda odd since i used to love history back in secondry.

 

I agree. Math was awesome for me for a while, but last time I was taking it, I just died. It was awful. Here's my final marks in Math from Grade 7 to Grade 12:

88%-86%-90%-78%-67%-38%

Logarithms killed me in Grade 12. Once I failed that unit, I just thought "screw it" and sat in the corner reading "Reader's Digest" magazines the rest of the semester.

 

It was the same for me. The marks weren't so good either.
