Trigun What's up with the Kitty?

Hehe, yeah, that black cat that shows up everywhere. I think it's just one of those "hey, there's that thing again" type character, like Fatcat in Sonic. However, my friend says that i gives Vash bad luck. maybe?

Yes, it's very cute! I have a plush of it too! so cute so cute! but what is it for!?

 

His name is Kuroneko.He's one of those characters that the other characters never achknowledge his existince.

 

I figured that but there has to have a reason why he's there. unless they wanted people like me to write messages like this...haha! I'll just say that he gives Vash bad luck.

I did a post on this quite a while back, it got under my skin too. But, this is what others had to say, and it makes a bit o'sense. ^^

I always thought he was there to confuse people and just to be cute ^_^ I like him though cause sometimes he'll add a bit of humor to some serious parts (as far as I've seen anyway)

Comic Relief, pure and simple.

 

A spy???? No he isn't. The cat is there simple for humor and comic relief, and for a good repeating joke. And its just fun to spot him in each episode, because you never know when he will show up!

 

just a easter egg i think it appered in every episode but 14 i think

tat cat even appears on the box's sometimes and is kinda vague on the dvds also....lol

Doesn't that cat have a name? Kuroneko-sama I think it is (In Japanese it means Lord Black Cat) ... the only reason I can think of why he's present is to draw attention from the actual story and to have the turn to the humour side of the show by adding him randomly in any scene. For everyone's info I found information on his appearance. According to this he DOES appear in every episode.
