Inu-Yasha Whats with Kikyo and Inu?

Hey,
I was reading some messages and I kept on hearing about inu yasha and Kikyo together. And I thought that Kikyo was the one whoi sealed him away and that she hated him and he hated her and the were the biggest enimy's and stuff. So why am I hearing people saying that they were together?

 

uh, I am not sure since I've only been following Inu Yasha from CN...3 weeks total...but if you look real closely at the opening animation, you'll see that Iny Yasha seems really drawn to Kikiyo.

 

Well I think that Kikyo did pin Inuyasha to the tree. But she never thought of liveing after Inuyasha was pinned to the tree. Is that right? I read the Japanese manga so it's kind of hard to explain it for me.
I just thought of this, but isn't it some what like romeo & juliet (if that's how to spell there names, I'm really lazy in the morning)

Kikyo was nursing Onigumo at a cave. The Youkai were attracted to Onigumo's evil spirit and while eating his corrupt sould. The youkai and the man became 1 person called Naraku. Naraku loves Kikyo and when he found out that she loves another(InuYasha), he planned an evil scheme to make the two lovers hate each other. He shape-shifted into InuYasha's form and attacked Kikyo and told her that he doesnt want to turn into a human and he'll use the Shikon No Tama to turn him to a Youkia. Kikyo said that Inuyasha have tricked her into beliving that he loves her in order to get the Shikon No Tama. She wanted revenge! So she used the arrow and sealed Inuyasha on the tree and in the end she died. Watch episode 21 to get a better understanding of what really happened

 

I now they were lovers and coz of a miss understanding she seald him away poor inu he didnt deserve that..
