Manga What's Yami no Matsuei all about?

I went to anipike and found this title: Yami no Matsuei as number one for the top 20 popular and well liked anime and manga series. Can anyone tell me anything about it? I hope it isn't yoai or hentai or lemon or things related to them. Is it funny or too serious? Any romance? Action? Tell me please.

Yami

It has some shounen-ai in it and one slight sex sene ( I've only read traslations.) But nothing hard core sex wise, also it gets pretty viloent at times, it remindes me of X the manga by Clamp. Don't wory if it were yaoi (hardcore) I wouldn't be into it at all. It has some comedy as well as seriousness to it as well.

P.S this is the mang I'm talking about I have yet to see the anime.
