What's Your Favorite Fighting Syle?

er well not of them are all styles...Satsu Jin Ken just means Killing sword...and tenken is just a nickname given to Soujirou...which means heavens sword...gatotsu is a style just a technicue...

 

I wish I could learn the hitzen miturugi style ohh well its better wacthing him using it on T.V anyway if I d have to choose a style I would have to choose Hitsen mitsurugi style.

Street Fighting can't be named as one specific style, thats teh beauty of it. ^_^ It's just basically a person who creates thier own style, or even just a few moves in order to survive on the streets.

hehe i love the hiten mitsurugi style but street fighting is also a very interesting style...it takes very quick reflexes and i admire anyone who does it...the only problem for me is sometimes street fihgting sometimes forms out of simple disagreements that can be solved easily...

 

er well what Sano actually does is just brawl...he is actually a kenkaya. which means Street Fighter not gangster...thats yakuza. anyway really its not a particular fighting style just everyday brawling...

 

oh and Saitou's style of Kenjutsu is called Mizoguchi Itou Ryuu.

HE HE... I CHOOSE THE HITEN MITSURUGI TECHNIQUE! HE'S BEATEN MOST PEOPLE WITH THAT TECHNIQUE.

again its not a technique its a school... a technique is the Kuzu Ryuu Sen or the Ryuu Sou Sen...

 

WhichIs Your Favorite Fighting Style?

I dont know...there are a few to choose from. I would choose the Hiten Mitsurugi style because of the subsonic swiftness of th attack.

 

"subsonic"? thats definitly a new description...at any rate its more of the speed of reading his opponents moves rather than his movements in actual combat...his movements are quite swift but as far as pure speed he is beaten out by Seta Soujirou...

the hiten mitsurugi style is the best! heh, i bet it would work better if that sword wasnt reverse blade

 

well put bluntly that was the point...it was to be used with a regular katana. however, (this is the answer given by the anime which makes no sense anyway) Kenshin recieved the nickname Battousai because he mastered the Battou-jutsu using a reversed blade sword...however he recieved that name as soon as he came under the direct control of Katsura Kogorou. at this point he was using a regular katana so...that explaination makes no sense...it seems to me that the best answer for the nickname battousai is because he mastered all aspects of the art of Iai-jutsu...
